The Brief

Our client came to us on the back of little exhibitions action over the previous 2 years, with the sector having been put into a Covid hiatus. It was therefore imperative that they could come back with a bang, continuing to position themselves as industry leaders, whilst needing to create a platform designed to enable formal and informal meetings, product display and provide a welcoming and inviting space enticing visitors new and old onto the stand. All the while, whilst designing and producing the stand in keeping with a modest budget reflective of a global economic position that resulted from Covid.

The Solution

Efficient and effective space planning was crucial to be able to fit everything within the space that was required, ensuring key real estate was aesthetically pleasing, whilst also driving ROI. Therefore, we broke the stand into three sections, the front portion was designed to attract visitors onto the stand, with a free coffee station, product displays, and a lead gen-based competition. The middle part was a relaxed lounge space, where guests could become immersed within the brand and the products, followed by the final portion of the stand housing a fully private meeting room, with private WiFi and HDMI interactivity to a presentation screen. The entire stand was created with reusable walling where possible, whilst blending it with a mixture of natural materials, graphics and feature lighting aiming to provide a visually stunning, on-brand, and sustainable space.

The Feedback

The results were excellent. The Barista grade free coffee within the ‘attract’ area of the stand saw of 500 coffees served in 2 days, providing key interaction opportunities for the team with potential new clients. In addition, we ran a competition to drive lead generation which provided over 120 GDPR-compliant new leads as a direct result. The lounge space was busy throughout the duration, with some guests claiming it to be the most inviting and relaxed space in the entire exhibition. The private meeting room facilitated key meetings for the team and their clients throughout, becoming an imperative part of the stand. The raw materials used for the build, complimented the agriculture lead service and product AOI produce with perfect harmony driving home key brand messaging to all visitors.

“Starting with the Creative, to the Project Management throughout and the Final Result, the attention to detail Kairos have given the stand has been fantastic. We can’t praise the team enough and look forward to working with them on our other Global Events.”
