The Brief

Following a very successful event in 2022, The Vaper Expo is the pivotal UK expo for the Vape Industry, in a country with an ever-increasing market share. With Hangsen being one of the foundations and most well-known companies in the industry, they wanted to ensure that their presence at this event reflected their position in the market and offered a space to meet industry associates (old and new), and to push their philosophy to disrupt the disposable Vape pen market, offering a cost-effective way to reduce waste, without any compromise on flavour or experience. Hangsen wanted an exhibition stand… we delivered a little more.

The Solution

With a focus on one of their 4 key brands, our design followed a prescriptive brief including a semi-enclosed meeting area, 3 main brand displays, and a neon contrast to elevate the branding. Externally, the stand pushed forward brand messaging with high-definition fabric print, popping from the satin black finish to the stand. A central storage unit was essential to the design, offering an all-important space to prepare the merch, but limiting intrusion on the stand. Generating a design with a futuristic Tokyo nighclub’esque feel elevated their key brands as being one step ahead of the competition.

The Results

On very happy client. The team from Kairos Construction (our production facility, based in Devon) were the first stand builders to finish on-site, and present throughout the event to offer support where needed, for both our client and several other exhibitors that needed a helping hand during the event days. The Hangsen team reported back that this was their best exhibition stand to date, and the additional service we offered out client ensured there was not a moment during the event where their concentration wasn’t diverted from the job in hand – to develop new and existing clients.

The Feedback

Stand design and finish to one side for a moment please! Our favourite part of this project was the client reporting back that they’ve never experienced customer service to this level. Kairos Construction and our Commercial Team were always close enough to respond to any requirements, but far enough not to intrude on the job in hand. We’re experienced enough to know that fine line, and always prepared to stick with it.

What’s Next?

Onto The Dubai World Vape Show 2023 in June and we are already in design for their next event at Intertabac Germany – one of several projects we have at this leading industry event at the Messe Dortmund.
