Event Background:

The Goodwood Festival of Speed is an event that attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors and it’s an event Kairos knows well. In 2023, Kairos was entrusted with managing and delivering the stands and event presence for 12 clients at the Festival of Speed. 

Challenges: 

  • Extreme Weather Conditions: One of the most significant challenges faced during the project was the unpredictable and severe weather conditions. High winds, in particular, posed a considerable risk to the stability and safety of the exhibition stands.

  • Tight Timeline: Kairos Global had a limited timeframe to conceptualize, design, and construct the 12 exhibition stands. Coordination and efficient project management were crucial to meet the festival's strict deadlines.

  • Robust Design and Engineering: Recognising the potential impact of high winds on the structures, Kairos Global's team of experienced architects and engineers developed robust and wind-resistant designs for each exhibition stand.   • Collaborative Planning: Kairos Global established open lines of communication with all 12 global brands early in the project. Through collaborative planning and regular updates, the agency ensured that the designs and branding aligned with each brand's identity and goals.
